Innovative Product Description
OpenTales is a mobile subscription platform delivering personalized therapeutic audio stories to parents and children aged 2-10 years.
The solution is built on the proprietary R-CUBE narrative model - an AI module designed in collaboration with Ericksonian therapy psychotherapists from the Polish Ericksonian Institute (PIE).
Platform Operation Modes
Thematic Package Library - packages audited by certified therapists covering topics such as: anxiety, aggression, shyness.
"Create Your Own Story" Creator - the Dorota AI module guides parents through defining their child's problem, while R-CUBE generates a unique story.
What We Aim to Achieve
Development and market launch of R-CUBE - an AI-powered narrative model generating personalized therapeutic audio stories for children.
AI Technology Development
Building a narrative engine powered by a vector knowledge base and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) layer in collaboration with Ericksonian therapy experts.
Customer Validation
Pilot testing with families and therapeutic verification with experts from the Polish Ericksonian Institute. Minimum 10 test users.
Production Environment
Publication of OpenTales 2.0 app on App Store and Google Play with integrated R-CUBE model and GDPR-compliant infrastructure (Azure EU).
First Sales
Implementation of subscription model with token mechanism and acquisition of active subscribers through Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Project Milestones
Task 1: R-CUBE Model Development
Development of Ericksonian therapy-compliant techniques and metaphors catalog. Building narrative engine, vector knowledge base, and RAG layer. Expansion of Dorota AI module with adaptive functions and narrative memory. Implementation of TTS system and subscription mechanism.
Task 2: Testing and Therapeutic Verification
OpenTales 2.0 compilation with R-CUBE. Publication on TestFlight and Google Play Beta. Verification by PIE therapists. Recruitment of families with children aged 2-10. Pilot testing, data analysis, and implementation of fixes. Communication strategy and pilot promotion campaign.
Task 3: Production Launch and Promotion
Migration to production Azure cloud (EU region). Publication on App Store and Google Play. Launch of startup campaign on Meta Ads and Google Ads. User onboarding and conversion optimization. Achievement of stable store ratings.
